Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie

Natural sugars from tropical fruit leaving you dreaming of lounging on the beach…

  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 cups of milk (almond or cow milk) OR coconut water
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp chia or flax seeds (optional)

Blend & enjoy!

Serves 2

Adding healthy fats to smoothies helps you stay full for longer, so I always add either seeds or a nut butter! I love to use peanut or almond butter and chia, flax, or hemp seeds. These additions also provide good amounts of protein and fiber.
