Rehab Services at Johnston Medical Mall provides evaluations and treatments devoted to maximizing recovery and optimizing functional abilities for patients after injury, surgery, illness, long-term disability or other debilitating conditions. Our licensed staff provides one-on-one evaluations to determine the best treatment plan for your needs. We offer treatments for all age groups, from infants to older adults.

Physical Therapy
Our therapists work with you to restore function and improve mobility, while decreasing your pain. We offered comprehensive exercise programs, including aquatic therapy in our on-site pool. Treatments target bone/muscle/nerve injuries, back or neck pain, tendonitis, bursitis, arthritis, stroke and total joint replacements.

Occupational Therapy
OT treatments help you to increase independence, allowing you to perform your daily activities. We concentrate on injuries that include muscles, bones and nerves. Therapists work with you to restore body strength and movement so you can resume the activities of daily living more easily and more independently.

Speech Therapy
Following a stroke, head injury, or other impairment, our speech therapists help children and adults to regain independence, communicate their wants and needs, and maintain safe, adequate nutrition. Pediatric therapists assist with speech and language as well as feeding disorders, which are a vital component of a child's social well-being and academic success. We help adults with communication, comprehension, memory and reasoning skills, as well as swallowing.

You can call to schedule an appointment or have your physician office call 919-938-7296. All patients are seen with a physician's order. Most insurance plans are accepted and there is no cap for Medicare patients.

Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. till 5:30 p.m.
Friday, 7:00 a.m. till 12:00 p.m.
