Johnston Health Community Education offers a variety of classes for patients, professionals and the community throughout the year and is conveniently located inside Johnston Medical Mall across the street from Johnston Medical Center-Smithfield on Bright Leaf Blvd.

Safe Sitter® Course: Be the sitter that all parents and kids want!
We offer a Safe Sitter® Course, which is geared toward teaching up-to-date babysitting practices to you teens 11 and up. The course teaches life and safety skills, which are a top priority for babysitting. Dates for the course are as follows.
