The office is open Monday through Friday
9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m .
During these hours we see patients by appointment only.

Appointments
We make every attempt to schedule appointments both with new patients and established patients as quickly as possible, particularly if there is a current medical concern. If you have an urgent medical problem, you will be scheduled for the first available appointment. You many need to see a provider other than your primary care provider. If you are not able to make your scheduled appointment, please notify us within 24 hours.

Medications
Please bring all of your medications to each appointment.

Refills
We require 24 hour notice for prescription refills.
