Q: Who can rent space in the medical mall?
A: Johnston county businesses and non-profit organizations may rent space for business or educational meetings.
Events that are celebratory in nature (Birthday, anniversary, baby or bridal showers etc.) will not be allowed except when catered by the Cyber Cafe .
Q: What space is available?
A: The First Citizens Medical Conference Center auditorium (capacity 130) and Johnston Medical Mall conference rooms 1404A (capacity 40) and 1404B (capacity 50) may each be rented separately or combined for a seating capacity of 80. (No, it doesn't add up mathmatically, however, only 80 people may be seated comfortably with our available layouts.)

Q: Are discounts available?
A: Yes, a 10% discount is available for Johnston county and/or non-profit organizations.
Q: Is catering available?
A: Yes. If you cater with our Cyber Cafe , your rental fee will be waived.

Q: Is alcohol allowed in the Medical Mall?
A: No.
Q: Is there a curfew?
A: Yes. Events must end at 9:00 pm so that the Medical Mall is vacated on time at 10:00 pm.
Q: May space be rented after normal business hours or on weekends?
A: Yes. A mandatory security personnel fee will be assessed automatically for these events to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
