Our annual Dr. Hubert M. Poteat Memorial Golf Tournament
Johnston Health Foundation’s annual Dr. Hubert M. Poteat Memorial Golf Tournament is scheduled for Friday, October 15 at the Country Club of Johnston County in Smithfield.
Tournament format will be Four Man Captain’s Choice with a choice between two shotgun starts, 8:30 a.m. or 12:30 a.m. The cost is $100 per player, which includes green fees, cart, practice balls, box lunch, drawing for a $500 gift certificate, prizes for winning teams and door prizes.
The Johnston Health Foundation and hospital family truly appreciate the support of our sponsors
and participants, which is essential to this annual fundraiser. Proceeds from the tournament will be used toward ongoing support of the Foundation.
The deadline to enter the Golf Tournament and/or to be a sponsor is Friday, Oct. 8.
