New Skills for Those Who Have Lost a Loved One is a program geared for those learning to cook smaller portions due to the loss of a loved one.
The classes will teach participants to cook healthy, well-balanced meals in smaller sizes, while providing support and education about grief.
Participants must pre-register at 919-938-7560 to attend.
Lunch will be provided.
