First Citizens Bank Annual Golf Classic

Johnston Health Foundation’s annual golf tournament is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 21 at the Country Club of Johnston County in Smithfield.
This year we are adding a women's division, which is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 20.
Tournament format will be Four Man Captain’s Choice with a choice between two shotgun starts, 8:30 a.m. or 12:30 p.m. The cost is $100 per player, which includes green fees, cart, practice balls, box lunch, drawing for a $500 gift certificate, prizes for winning teams and door prizes.
The Johnston Health Foundation and hospital family truly appreciate the support of our sponsors and participants, which is essential to this annual fundraiser. Proceeds from the tournament will be used toward ongoing support of the Foundation.
