Quitting tobacco is not easy, especially if you smoke. To help you build a “quit team” at home, Johnston Health offers you A SMOKER’S PLEDGE. Print the pledge, fill it out and show your family that you are serious about quitting tobacco. The pledge will help them to help you with your goal.
